Who is Nina Bauer?

I began my career at Calvin Klein and advised other leading fashion brands as well. I've also been a design advisor for more than a decade to Seaman Schepps, the venerable jewelry brand.

I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in education from NYU. After teaching briefly at public and private schools in New York City, I built and ran a successful education consulting business for 15 years that was profiled in the New York Times, among other media.

I was born in Toyko to a father of German and Spanish heritage and an American mother. We moved to the US when I was 5, settling eventually in New York City, which has been my home ever since. I'm married and have three young kids whose creativity inspires me.
